Q: Where are your products made?
Our products are handcrafted right here in Perth, Western Australia.
Q: Are your products natural and organic?
Absolutely! All our ingredients come from mother nature. We don't use any synthetic, GM, unsafe ingredients. All ingredients listed on the products with an asterisks (*) symbol are certified organic.

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
Please know that Ground2skin is a handcrafted business. We strive to get your orders out within 48 hours of ordering. However if there are any delays on our end, we will provide complimentary upgrade to Express shipping.

Q: How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Standard shipping is generally 2-7 business days. Express post is generally 1-3 business days

Q: What is your return and refund policy?
Please know that we do not offer any returns due to hygiene reasons.
We do not give refunds if your order has been shipped. If for any reason we provide your a refund, we charge a 15% fee.

Q: What if my package is broken, damaged, lost or stolen?
Please contact us via email on the contact us page or via direct email info@groundtoskin.com if your package arrives broken. Please provide photo proof of the product and package. If your package is lost or stolen, please lodge and enquiry with Australia post on 13 76 78.
